    Free to all employees from day one.
  • Get access to discounted health insurance from WPA.

    Available to all employees, you choose the plan and our payroll team will sort the rest.
  • We’ll pay your NMC and SSSC fees.
    ​How to apply
    Once you've worked with us for 11 months, completing a minimum of 5 shifts per week, you will be eligible.
  • We’ll pay you to take the day off on your birthday.
    ​How to apply
    Once you've worked with us for 6 months, completing a minimum of 5 shifts per week – we’ll pay one days wages equivalent to average day earnings. Book your day off one month in advance.
  • Free access to e-learning, courses and CPD events from Grey Learning and partners.
